Shipping & Returns

We Ship Worldwide!
Processing an order of in stock items takes 2-14 business days; once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
 
Custom and/or personalized orders that are made upon request, may take up to 30 business days to process.
 

Domestic shipping options:
Self pick-up - FREE.

Door to door delivery services – 50 NIS - delivery within 3 business days after shipping.

International Shipping options:
We ship to most parts of the globe via DHL Express – 170 NIS delivery within 4-5  business days after shipping.

If applicable, shipping fees are indicated in the order confirmation page.


 
IMPORTANT: SHALLA is not accountable for any additional fees applied by the customer’s country or local freight services. Local fees (applicable for all countries) including (but not limited to): customs, other taxes, storage, handling and service charges, etc. fall under the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local authority before placing an order.
 
Orders that were shipped free of charge due to a promotion/sale are subject to shipping fees for any returns.

 

 

RETURNS

Customized products are not refundable (including names or any other customized engraving or special made).

Returns or exchanges are accepted  within 2 business days from the day customer received the item.

The product must returned by the consumer to us. 
The product must be returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging.

All returns must be shipped via trackable services. Upon the item’s arrival, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges, fees, handling fees, and customs.

Refunds/exchanges must be approved prior to shipping it back to us.
 
In case of damage to the item (excluding: fractures, scratches, loss) we will take full responsibility for its repair. The repairs are free of charge, the costs of shipping it to us are not included.
Our repair work is done to the highest standard. If an item was repaired somewhere else, our warranty is void. Please inform us in case someone else has handled the item before shipping it to us.
 
All shipments from us and to us must be via fully trackable mail.
